Had this hooked to my Link g4 it can dispaly 4 sensors at once or any other number of variables. No idea if it works with the stock ecu. I would think it does as the stock ecu broadcasts everything it knows over can like the SCan gauge. This gauge is setup via bluetooth and a app found on apple or Android.

Gauge is like new as I take better care of my stuff than most do their own kids.  Judging by the drop down I will say it likely works with stock dme as their is a OBD Can option which means it will let you check options that are broadcasted over the stock Can stream.
