Your better off finding someone parting out a car and buying the rear panels as the grilles are attached with melted plastic to the panels. But if your careful you can cut the melted nubs off and the grilles will pop loose then you can use small screws into the plastic posts that are on the grilles to attach them to your existing panels. You will have to remove your panels to install them as they install from the back. I know this because when I bought my R52 the grilles were both missing and the previous owner had bought a set of used panels with the grilles in them and I did what I mentioned above and they came out perfect.
