These are a pair of unused Milltek hanger brackets furnished within the complete cat-back system for pre-facelift R53 cars. Since my 2006 is post-facelift, I didn't need these but figured somebody here might.
Available as kit of 2 pairs each style (P/N R53BRACKETS) for pre & post facelift at $90 retail

^^^ No, these hanger brackets attach to studs on the Milltek L/R muffler cans whereas your linked part attaches to underside of the unibody with rubber "donut" hanger between. I needed to buy the same OEM LH side hanger for my R53, so bought one discounted from @ECSTuning as linked here.
