I purchased this rear diffuser from someone who had it custom made for himself and had it on for a month before taking it off and selling it to me. i had it fitted onto my car but then never finished the install as i sold the car.

the main holes are for this to fit a JCW. i had extra holes made for it to fit the S Models. for JCW's, this will fit perfectly. for S models, some modifications will need to be made. 

i'd feel better selling this to a JCW owner as it is bolt-on. it's definitely unique and i loved it for the few times i had it on.
given size, i'd prefer local pick-up. shipping would have to be on the buyer.
