I have for sale a pair of OEM LED Headlights with FLE modules. These are the new style headlights that came out the 2020 MY with full LED DRLs. 

One headlight came with one broken tab while the other had 3 out of the 4 tabs broken. However, they've been professionally fixed with the OEM BMW/MINI headlight tab repair kit to make all the broken tabs functional and even stronger.  These headlights come with the main headlight ECU (FLE).  There is one more module needed for the DRLs. If you need help sourcing these, PM me when inquiring interest in this listing.  

Depending on your current car year and configuration, the level of difficulty to retrofit these varies. Short answer is, yes, all 3rd gen F chassis MINIs can retrofit these whether you have halogen headlights or already have the older style LED lights. I am open to helping with a wiring harness and programming as required if needed and can be discussed in private.
