Replaced water pump now car won't run.. need some super quick help

So I replaced my water pump yesterday and also removed my intake manifold to replace the hose which runs from it to the valve cover. Upon putting everything back together and starting my car up it runs like garbage and then stalls out.

If I unplug the MAF sensor it runs completely fine. I noticed with the air box out that this tube (clipped to the top of the trans) was not plugged into anything and can't remember if it was before. Would anyone with a Justa be able to let me know if something should be plugged into this?

I find it hard to believe the MAF would fail at the exact time I serviced the intake and wp.

thanks!

transmission vent. not related to your issue.

did you track your steps to make sure ALL plugs and lines have been connected to the right places?

did you also clear codes since you had to unplug sensors?

If you mean that you replaced the thermostat rather than the water pump, perhaps you accidentally swapped the connectors for oil pressure and coolant temperature sensors. I believe I've heard of people doing that before, though I have no personal experience with it. Thank you! I had a feeling it was a breather line..

I did remove and reinstall the manifold 3 times to double check that I left nothing underneath it unplugged. There really are only 3 air lines going into the manifold.. One I believe is the fuel tank breather, the other is the crank case breather, and the last one being the large air intake duct.

I think there must be a mastic vacuum leak somewhere.. If I place my hand over the intake pipe (air box/ mad removed) it has some suction but will continue running.

Shouldn't the motor stall out with the air supply cut off to the throttle body? Only thing i can think of is that I did not replace the seal between the throttle body and intake manifold as I have removed and re-installed it before and the car ran fine?
