Steering Fan Not Coming On (Can't find fuse)

This is my interior fuse panel, it doesn't match anything I've seen online and it doesn't match anything in the Bentley Service Manual either. It shows that it should be fuse F41, shared with the parking sensors.

My car is a 2006 R53 and has essentially every factory option that was available when new (except bluetooth).

I inspected my power steering fan the other day and it was a little tough to turn so I took it out, partially disassembled it and cleaned it, now it spins freely and feels great. I read that I can get it to turn on by turning on the A/C, but that doesn't work. So I went to check the fuse, but the fuse isn't there. My fuse panel in the engine bay nor the interior one have the little steering wheel icon to make me think that's where the fuse would be.

How else can I test to make sure this fan actually works? I'm not very good with electronics, so I'm a little unsure of how exactly to connect it to a 12v source to see if it spins. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Believe its the 5 amp fuse on the right hand side looking at the engine bay.

I don't see any fuse panels like that for an 06, unless it was a late model 2006 change. Whats the production month/ year of your MINI ?

Know most shared it with PDC....
Mine is a 5 amp (is a 2005 ((nov 2004 production))with the revised wiring, updated after delivery to split the ps fan from rad fan)....
On my car the fuse panel cover was swapped out with the mod....but the markings are still pretty useless....mine are molded in..not even easy to read like yours....
I just remember....and like the 4th or 5th down...5 amp...but you can check with a multimeter and never even have to pull a fuse...or just yank one at a time...and look...take like 5 minutes.

P.S.
while the bently is good...many items were revised....so just keep that in mind.... These cars kinda evolved month by month as opposed to by model year....
