Loose Suspension Bolt

Does anyone happen to know if the tech's would have any reason to remove the pass. wheel and suspension when R&R'ing a water pump?

I had my water pump replaced about 3k miles ago due to a bad seal. After increasing my tire pressure a bit I noticed a distinctive rattle from the front end. Sounded like a washer clanging on a loose bolt. Today I took the front right wheel off and sure enough, the Strut clamp bolt was loose... not just loose, backed off about 8 threads.

Locktighted and tightened down to ~80ish ft.lbs.

Any thoughts on if I should contact the dealer and complain? Ill call ask mini tomorrow to see if i can file a complaint or anything... If it were a loose hubcap or something, fine... but this i could see being a huge safety issue...

thanks

nK
