This may be irrelevant since you're selling it but I think you have the AEM opening installed incorrectly. The slim side should be on the driver side afaik to get a seal with the tunnel. In addition the rubber seal goes around the air scoop on the hood, not at the end of the funnel.

GLWS!

BTW, this is the best CAI on the market. Actually feeding in colder air through the scoop "ram-air" style to cool the intake. Other "basic" intakes that sit in the engine compartment only to suck up that hot turbo blasted scorching air are not allowing engines to breath "cold" air, seeing as how that heat and air in the engine compartment is hot enough to melt the hood scoops. I run this one in the AZ desert. Increased HP and better fuel economy. Can't beat that!

Oh...that's a myth. Above 20 MPH the air in the engine compartment is ambient temperature. An "open" intake is just fine. I run NM, and cruising at 80 MPH my intake temp is EXACTLY ambient temperature all the time. Given the option of having cooler air at low speeds, sucking air through a straw (albeit a better straw than stock), or much more air at all speeds, with ambient temps. above 20MPH...it's a pretty simple choice.

Inbox full, but was wondering if davrudy won't be taking the Alta AP, is it still up for grabs?
