Misfires on cylinder 3 intermittently, runs smooth when not misfiring

Dealer performed compression/leak down test and said that cylinder 3 was leaking. For a car this age it makes no sense to have the dealer perform this work; however, I don't have the time right now to pull the cylinder head to inspect. Maybe sticking valves? (Though, I am not a mechanic.) For someone who does have some time for a project, this could be a good car.

Worn sway arm and control arm bushings
Broken exhaust hanger
Rust below driver's tail light

The only issue that is currently preventing drivability is the misfiring.
