I am selling my 2006 John Cooper Works MINI Cooper S as I have moved to an E30 325i while I save my pennies for starting a life with a young lady. The car is very nearly immaculate and has been well taken care of its whole life. I purchased this car from Weisco Motors in Denver in November 2013 and have done quite a few maintenance items and modifications in the past 9 months. It is very hard to find a JCW car, let alone one with this low miles, and again one with these highly desirable options. Price includes everything and is listed around $1,000 over KBB. I can bring the car back to stock if desired at a lower price to be negotiated. I am an active BMWCCA member and take very meticulous care of my cars. Here are the details:

Condition:
Exterior: 9/10
Exterior is free from any deep scratches and has fresh wax on the paint. No door dings and the plastic parts show very black. A couple scuffs on the plastic parts but nothing that is noticeable. No rust anywhere on the body. Engine bay is dusty but will clean up very nice. Rear bumper has been painted at some point but I'd have to point it out to you to notice. No accidents on record

Interior: 9.5/10
Interior smells new and is free from any stains or large scratches. Nav screen is showing signs of age as the screen's anti-reflective coating is starting to wear off and a few pixels are out in a small cluster on the screen. This does NOT affect your ability to use the navigation. Seats are free of tears and the seat heaters work very, very well.

Mechanical: 10/10
I would drive this car to Nova Scotia tomorrow with nothing but my luggage. The car is dead-bolts reliable, I have made sure of that.

I want anyone who is genuinely interested in the car to please see it and drive it first before making an offer. Pre-purchase inspections are welcome and encouraged at buyer's expense. I have the carfax from right before I bought it in November '13 and all of my own records.
