I'll offer some feedback that should help you find a seller. You have a lot of issues with the language and pictures that are turn offs to people shopping for a car. In no particular order:
1. Remove the go-badge. It implies that you've driven the car hard and it will make buyers concerned.
2. Put the stock air intake back on the car. Modifications turn off 99% off buyers.
3. Why the picture of the dirty floor mat? It sends a message that you don't take care of the car.
4. Remove the sticker on the rear window. No one wants someone else's decals on their car.
5. If the roof rack isn't included, remove it. You're sending mixed messages about what's included in the sale.
6. There's something weird in the passenger air vent. Air freshener? If so, it sends a message that your car has odor issues.
7. Take the luggage out of the trunk and take a clean picture. Buyers Matt be concerned that you're hiding a huge stain under the bag.
8. There is another air freshener in the rear seat. Now buyers have two reasons to think that your car stinks.
9. Kleenex in the back seat. Why?
10. No one wants to read about your "cheapo air filter". That sends a message that you don't care about your car.
11. Remove the mud flaps. Non OEM equipment is a turn off for most buyers.
12. Remove the comment about the window regulators. If they're working fine now, why bring it up? Buyers will start wondering what other problems it has.
13. Get the maintenance records from the dealer if you can or make your own from receipts and bank statements. Having a list of maintenance activities communicates that you take care of your MINI.
14. List the options word for word from the window sticker when you bought it. I didn't see any mention of options.
Overall the best thing is to get the car into condition for selling and take some better pictures. Take out anything that won't be sold with the car.
I really hope this helps. It took a lot of tweaking to my ad over 6 months to finally sell my previous MINI, so I feel your pain.

that sucks man - beautiful car, but maybe you should cross post it on cars, auto trader, etc. I imagine a lot of people on here already own a mini, which is why they are on here. Or are looking at one they already bought.
and yes, the warranty will transfer. The "new car" warranty stays with the car (should be no transfer fee). Not sure about extended warranties.
Might have to suck it up and take it to a dealer to trade it in. on the cheap one. Or see if they can buy it back? they won't give you what you want, but you will get $ sooner.
