DO IT!! There is an MC40 nearby you could pick up and swap some of the JCW bits to it. Looks like its in decent shape for 2004 being its under 100k miles. You might be able offer less too.

You could get away with swapping your seats, CF dash and aux gauges into this and under the hood swap the head, JCW intake, injectors, motor mount (if salvageable) and your JCW exhaust. Send the newer ECU out to have Way load the JCW tune or his Quicktune on it and you are golden. Part out the rest.
