This is for a brand new in box GP wing from the fubrication indiegogo group buy 2 years ago. this fits both R53 and R56 and is the 2016 version. Sold my car recently and never got around to install this. I paid $425 plus shipping, and looking to sell for the same price I got it for. PM me your zipcode for shipping quote. I'll snap some photos tomorrow during day time. It'll basically be a picture of the box since I haven't even opened it myself.

 

Is this fiberglass all around or is the wing piece carbon fiber + sides are fiberglass constructed?

They still have one left for 375 including shipping. I guess cuz it's the last one and they don't make them anymore, sorry for the poop, but that's what they offered it to me. You also have to have a non S spoiler installed or won't work.

what do you mean by non s spoiler? I can't remove my S spoiler and replace with this?

 

No sir, you have to take off your S spoiler use a none S for this spoiler to fit, none of this type spoilers will cover the Void, this spoiler will attach to inner hatch, you have to drill 2 on each side off the hatch to install.

 

I have one of these on my R53.

If you have an R53 you'll need to remove the stock spoiler and plug the two mounting holes in the hatch with covers or bodywork. MINI had factory covers for the JCW wing and the GP rep from the UK uses domed vinyl decals. FUbrication used to have an optional finned panel for the hatch (R50, R53 only??), but they are probably NLA.

For an R56, the spoilers and tops of the hatch are one unit so if you remove the S spoiler you have to replace the panel with a non-S panel/spoiler.

This is what an R56 hatch looks like when you remove the spoiler for clearance so the new wing will fit.

With all that said, I'll do 375 shipped if there are no takers, too expensive to get it painted or wrapped, it just have to make stance. By the time your done it will be over $850 and for that you can get a painted one.
