do those lights glow, or are the LEDs pronounced when lit? Where did you get them?

No they dont glow. Yea it just light up when you have the indicator on. I got it on ebay. The stock markers fall apart as I was switching them out. Now they match my tail lights. It's really bright at night. I like them a lot
