Headlights look great. Curious how you got the shroud off of the projector? I got the lens off the headlight no problem (heat gun loosened it right up) but the shroud doesn't seem to want to come off.

I used a heat gun. But I think u can use a blow dryer too. It didn't need to get that hot

I do and I don't. It looks good with just the top but it kinda looks stock still. I may sport it for a while with just the top then install the bottom when I'm bored with it

I like it with just the top as well as the bottom wants to look functional but really isn't...
Seems like you are good with tools, so, may I suggest that you make the bottom part removable? So for things like shows/meet-up or a track day (not sure if it is just cosmetic or functional) you can pop it on and off relatively quickly with a few bolts or something.
Full disclosure - I'm full of terrible ideas like this.

It was an eBay one. It fits great and works better then stock. So far no problems with it. Below is the link from the seller I got it from
