2004 EB / EB JCW - located in September 2016 after an exhaustive 12 month search for an r53
Purchased from a Honda dealer that wasn't aware that what they had was a JCW
84k miles, perfect paintwork, perfect mechanicals
Mods so far: JCW CAI and JCW 380cc injectors (to get it to a 210hp JCW kit), Alta 15% Supercharger Pulley, a JCW Alcantara / Leather steering wheel, English panther leather seats, WMW strut brace, colder range spark plugs and (soon) the WMW quicktune

Well I tried to have my hood and bumper repainted from bad rockchip damage but it was so faded that the blend just didn't look great. Now having the rest of the car painted for a little more. Oh well...I figure its worth it. I'll post when it it done and the grill is installed. I miss my Mini!!!

Well finally got the car back from paint and installed the grills.
I ended up painting the whole car...it needed it. Haven't decided on the hood
stripes yet.
I almost screwed up on the install as the bottom grill was getting hung up on one of the tabs. Almost messed up my new paint!

I had a 2008 Mellow Yellow Cooper S which I reluctantly sold for a larger car for growing family. I got a chance to own a Fiat 500 Abarth, but my heart waited me back in a Mini. I’m back with this beautiful 2015 Electric Blue Hardtop S.

Bumping this thread because I just bought one 😁

Thinking of playing around with the wheel setup and doing black wheels with blue bolts. Just going to go the plasti dip route and then spray the bolt heads in actual electric blue color and screw them back on. (They are one piece wheels with the 2 piece fake look. Fine with me because I hate 2 and 3 piece wheels.

The tires are 195/45/16. 16x8 wheels with et30 or so. Not positive. I haven’t actually checked it yet. Lowered on twin coil overs. Set to full stiff, the dash rattles are almost comical on a bumpy road. Thinking about going to a 205/45/16 next time and maybe even some white lettering on the tires. Kinda like that look.
