I used an old credit card to release the tabs. Just use the card to get under the tabs and work your way around.

Got them, will post pics in a few on what did you do to your countyman today. Chini credit card would work great I was doing it when you posted, I used a plastic picnic knife but same concept. 2 mins or the 1st one and about 20 seconds on the second one.

Also at the end of this thread also, just line up where the tab are on the pics above and pry them back. Where MIminiclubman mentioned. Pics look great also.

Too bad there isn't a clean way to install them without removing the front bumper.

Ok. I might consider as long as the old ones can easily be removed. Has anyone else used the card/panel removal tool method? Would love to see some removal pictures.

Yes and really it's quite simple. No need for pictures. You can literally replace both of them in 30 sec.

Cactusjk - We are taking about the ones for the R60 part of the chili red mirror cap / brake ducts kit.

The ones for the R56 R55 R57+ models with the newer JCW front bumper brake ducts for swap out are here:

JCW GP 2 Brake Duct Front Scoop Kit

Are the R56 ducts as easy to remove as the R60?

Looking closely at the pictures there is no way to replace the R56 ducts without removing the bumper.
