Who's running 235/50/17 on a 17x8" +35 offset

Who's running 235/50/17 tires on a 17x8" +35 offset, Any rubbing without the car loaded? Any with the car loaded?
I'd like to go this way but looks tight/maybe doable?

Thanks,
Mike

I think you will be just fine.

I am running 17x8 et40 with 235/55/17s no issues at all. Being 5mm more outward (than the images below), I dont think would be any problem. At that point the tire design might make a difference...like if there are big ol rim protectors or not ect.

Yeah I had rub issues with 235 55 r17 on konig r17x8 et35. I had to go down to 225 50 r17 on et35. I will add I have BC coilovers with cooper crap lift, still lower than stock.
Just additional data to help you decide.

Hope this helps you and others

I'm running 235 50 17's with bbs 17-7.5 +35 was good with a slight rub on bad bumps. I need to install a hitch and will carry upto 300lbs of gear at times so I decided to put lift blocks on the back and a 22mm sway bar. No problems now....

ET35 is too aggressive... especially on a 8" rim.

you should consider 8" with ET40 or ET38 at the very least.
