R60 Dr. Colorchipped my Blazing Red last night.
Spent countless hours last night touching up the peppered to hell front bumper & hood. White dots all over. I've used Dr Colorchip in the past with other cars I own, and have had great results. This was by far the best....cant even tell up close that it was touched up. Sorry no before pics.

The process is easy. I used the supplied brush and literally just blotched onto chip while fanning it flat. Applying messy is ok since you will use a solution to wipe any excess around the chip. The painstaking process really is using the solution to remove the excess. I had a lot of chips....i mean like hundred tiny ones so i just applied a thin layer of paint over the whole bumper and nose of the hood.
Thanks for your reply. My patience would be my worst enemy in this process, and unfortunately MINI black is a metallic with lots of metal flakes that only show in direct sunlight which I am afraid would quite noticeable.
