Automatic Transmission Coupe Survey: How do you drive yours?
Here's the number of ways I can drive my automatic transmission 2013 MINI Cooper S Coupe. I did get the DTC (dynamic traction control option on my build). I usually drive my Bonnie using options:16 or 18 depending on the road. Sure, I own an automatic but the manual in me drives it that way since.. i can

MT mode when enabled will change transmission behavior to shift at higher RPMS and holding higher RPMS prior to shifting
MT is overriden by the paddle shifters or stick push up/down to go into manual shift mode.
Manual shift mode basically emulates what a manual transmission is like. I can downshift from 5 to 4 and will get pure engine braking along w/some very nice loud burpling and pops (if in 2000K or 3100K RPM ranges, ideal spots for burple popping.)
Tapping the DSC button once enables DTC mode and disables standard DSC mode (if you have option, it's a sub feature of DSC; good for snow/wet/conditions that need wheel spin; not a standard option)
Holding DSC for 3 seconds or more disables both DSC and DTC; basically reverts you to E-LSD (electronic LSD; nothing close to REAL LSD, had that in my 2006 Civic Si.. amazing!!) but zero engine cut out when wheels slip/slide. (standard option on S/JCW)
So yea.. us automatic owners have a few ways to drive our cars too. smile emoticon
