North American Motoring - R56 No more auto up driver's side window after reprogramming?

Hey guys, I haven't posted on here in a while, but I just came across an issue maybe someone can help with. I had my car in for service the other day, they had to replace the sun visors according to a parts bulletin that was out. I also was due for rear brakes according to the car's computer, but my service adviser told me that the algorithm that the car uses to determine how worn the brakes are was off on my car, so they had to reprogram it. I had a sick 2013 roadster S as a loaner for a day and got my car back yesterday. But now I notice that my drivers side window goes all the way down automatically with one push of the toggle switch (as it should normally), however it no longer goes up all the way with one hit of the switch like it used to. The passenger side doesn't have this issue. Was this an update (some safety reasoning) in the reprogramming? Or do you think something was programmed incorrectly? I left a message for my service adviser about the issue and they haven't gotten back to me yet, so I figured I'd hit the forums to see if there was any additional information.
