So my factory warranty is expiring next month on my 09 MCS (~23k mi). I've already had the timing chain tensioner replaced and the water pump recall performed. That's about it, besides routine maintenance. I'm wondering if there are any other common issues I should look into for potential warranty service.
A couple things that have bugged me are:
1) Poor body panel alignment - especially the bonnet. The bonnet isn't flush with adjacent body panels and the gap all around is inconsistent.
2) Weak A/C. I have a little IR thermometer, and reading off the inside surface of the vent, it's 53ºF after 5 minutes of idle (~75º ambient). Seems cold enough, but for some reason it just isn't very effective.
3) When first pulling away after starting the car, there is often a very subtle "clunk" that I can feel through the pedals. Very difficult to describe. I actually forgot about it until just now.
From what I've read, the first two issues seem to be more "quirk" than "defect"... Or has anybody got the dealer to "fix" these? Not sure about #3. Anything else I should be aware of? Thanks!

The two I can think of off the top of my head would be the thermostat and the oil feed line to the turbo. Can't really comment on your other issues as they were ones I did not experience.
