2010 Clubman Bar door power issue
 

There seems to be an issue with the power going to my bar door. The right hand side will open with the FOB however neither door will open with the latch. I have ensured that they are unlocked both with the FOB and the center consol lock switch and still will not open with the button on the latch. Also the rear wipers don't work in sync and one will stay up. Please help. I would take it to a dealer but the nearest one is 4 hours away.

I just wrote up instructions for how to fix it — it turns out to be a fast, simple repair. It took me far longer to describe it than to do it :)
