Differences in Bentley service book?

I can't tell what the difference is (if any?) between the white and the blue Bentley Mini Cooper Service books are? Is one hardcover and other isn't, or newer editions?

The blue hardcover for the 1st gen usually includes the separate diagnostic manual and is noted on the front cover in the red triangle.
