Chicago area Mini repair shop recommendation needed

Are there any qualified and reputable repair shops in the Chicago area? A friend needs basic service like tune, brakes, oil changes. The car is out of warranty and she does not want to pay dealer rates.

I remember Sol from 20 years ago when he used to work on Mazda rotary engines and air cooled Porsches. I did not know he worked on Minis. Any idea of his shop rates compared to the dealer?

I second The Rover Shop- Glenn is super nice. I actually have to take mine in soon to get my supercharger belt replaced and see what's up with my sh*tty gas mileage.
