My header broke this past Friday. I am looking for any aftermarket that anyone may have laying around that they no longer need.
I live in Laurel, MD.
Thanks.

My old one stock one will be available in two or three weeks. 167k miles on it, with no leaks. Comes from a base Cooper, so hasn't been stressed as much as on the S's.

Only issue is the lower flange is slightly bent. To get it to seal, I used Permatex muffler sealer instead of a gasket, which worked fine. I have some of the sealant left that you can use on your install.

I'm over in Towson. Yours for $20 OBO!

Mine broke too just like many at the same spot at the pre-cat. I had it welded by a Mini shop. Most will tell you it cannot be repaired. The trick is to utilize the heat shield. It is now stronger than new because of it. It is a option especially if you have a low mileage cat. All the details are in my build thread.

Mine broke at the cat a few times, got it welded up and got over 300k out of the original. I now have one of these

Interesting. Made in Canada. Only the image is way too small for one to gauge the quality. Noisier may suggest the metal is too thin, just wondering. Better get them before NAFTA agreement got scrapped to make American great ....

I am impressed with the quality, seems better than OEM. Nosier because of the whole exhaust combo

I did a bit more digging. They have a whole list of cat headers for a range of cars at discount pricing. I infer they supply the lion share of cheap alternatives to muffler shops like Midas, Mister, Canadian Crap Tire etc. All not CARB compliant - which is no surprise. I have first hand experience with the thin wall exhaust parts used by Canadian muffler chains. This may be the exception.

Searching the web and found no one better photo except this.

I do note that you are in CA, so the cat must be doing a good enough job. I would take the Made in Canada with a big grain of salt at this price point.
