Looking for a rebuildable N14 JCW long block
I've read there are differences beyond pistons/comp ration but I personally do not know so if someone has that info much appreciated

Check out the ad that starts 'leftover parts', he lists an engine for sale. It was updated saturday evening.

Thanks for the replies but I changed my tack.
I'm gonna buy a new stock JCW long block, pull the head, port then install cams.
I wonder where the "new" long blocks come from when dealer purchased?
In the 80-90's BMW had their "new" motors built in Mexico and the QC was crap.
We used to take them apart and laugh/cry over the poor quality. ALl new parts but the machining specs and tolerances were all over the place. JUNK
