Has anyone else seen the MINI ad in Fastcompany? It's a cardstock ad with 2 punchout MINIs that can then be folded (on the dotted lines) to make the cars. Ad states:

"Let's park it on our desk. Let's drag race our favorite pen. Let's blow past the tape dispenser. Let's avoid coffee spills. Let's not get pulled over by our boss. Let's get lost in the office. On a 1/56th scale - LET'S MOTOR."

Pretty cool ad ... effective and different. Reminds me of the BMW 2002 (car, not year) ad done during 2002 (year).

Monday morning I came in to work and found two of those paper MINIs on my desk. A co-worker saw the ad in Vanity Fair and assembled the cars for me! Love, love them!

WHICH MONTH? I just went over to Borders and looked page by page thru the entire June 2003 issue and found no such cutouts or ads for any MINI !! :evil:

By the way, I also checked out the June 2003 Wired magazine along with the June 2003 Vanity Fair magazine (with Drew Barrymore on the cover) and again found no such paper models. The rumor was that they were in those mags as well.

Please tell me it wasn't in the damn MAY issue.....
