I've tried to find out if it's possible to buy the special "Night Spoke" rims of the MINI Sidewalk edition.

I quite like the rims so I'd like to price them out before I decide what rims to go for my Cabrio.

Anyone know? Is it like the GP MINI that require the right serial number to purchase?

Probably not, the only way you'd be able to get them is if you supply a Sidewalks VIN or prove ownership of one some how, much like when trying to get GP parts.
