Crash Testing

I'm in the purchasing stage. I did research and was only able to find crash ratings for model years 2006 and earlier. I'm assuming that during the redesign stage, MINI/BMW did internal crash testing comparable to what the insurance institute does. Does anyone have the inside word on these results. The crash tests for earlier models were good for front and side but marginal for rear impact. I'm hoping that the 2007 models rate a good in all categories.

I did a search and only found "N/A" in all the reports. I am sure that BMW/MINI did some testing, just haven't submitted to the full blown NHTSA test.
