HELP
Yes, you should be concerned! That sounds like the tire pressure warning. If I'm guessing what you're describing right it's the warning of a low or flat tire.
If you just added air to a tire or two that can trigger a false alarm.
First, pull out the manual and see if that's the warning you're seeing. If so check tire pressures all around. (Bette ryet check em anyway) Remember with run flats if you've got em you can't easily spot a low tire. Check the pressures.
The manual also describes how to reset, button between the seats... Takes a while to go out.

the triangle with the exclamation point in it is the DSC light... it's just your car "helping" you thru some rough handling. or, you hit the DSC switch by accident... you should be ok
the low pressure indicator is also an exclamation point but it's a graphic interpretation of a tire... kinda looks more like a pair of parenthesis surrounding the exclamation point.
DSC light is down low on the guage face, low pressure is up to the right...

No, no problem.
A yellow triangle with black exclamation mark (it should also have an arrow around it) is the DSC indicator light. It just means that your car is having to assist/restrain your overly-spirited driving -- I haven't made a single drive without setting off the DSC indicator at least once.
