Does anybody know where Dean the sales advisor from Presige went to? I'm looking to purchase a new Mini Cooper S, and this guy sure knows his stuff about these cars and I would love to purchase from him.

 

i was looking to do the same and the guy just seemed to vanished. i was all set to come in on st. patrick's day ('07) and place and order with him. had an appointment all set and everything. i arrive and he was no where to be found. everyone told me he just didn't show up to work. but i heard stories from other people that he was let go, etc.

regardless, it was a loss for prestige. i ended up being shuttled to some guy who didn't know nearly as much about the cars than i did (and i'm a first time buyer!). i reluctantly placed the order and eventually decided never to take delivery. mainly for the extremely poor experience i had at prestige, dean's "dismissal" included, but i'm much happier with the car i have now from morristown than the one i had ordered from prestige. i made a much more informed purchase at morristown and even though there has been some bumps in the process, they've been more than accommodating.
