SuperCharger Clean?

Ok, did a search for Cleaning, supercharger cleaning, supercharger but cannot find any post. I know a POST is out there on how to clean the inside of this puppy.

So, since I don’t know how to word the search can ANYONE tell me the best method to clean the supercharger?

I think It should be called the INTERCOOLER!

BTW, I have that blue puff of smoke when I start the MINI and read somewhere that some oil deposits my cause this issue since I do not have the OCC.

Thanks,

Blue puff usually means worn valves or piston rings...

I don't think you will remedy this by cleaning the i/c

You might be gettinga bit of blow by or getting a bit of oil in the cylinders through you PCV under high boost, but I agree, cleaning you IC is not gonna affect this at all. For that matter, I would just remove your core and blow it off with an air compressor.

I have just used solvents to clean my intercooler.(carb cleaner works wonders) Just flush it with that and blow it out with compressed air!

There's lot's of oil build up for sure in the bellows, horns, and intercooler as I do not have an OCC.
