06 MC here. At lunch today I had to contort in the car to help out the person in the drive-through. She dropped my five (passenger window) and I climbed over, reached out to grab it off the ground.
Later during lunch I noted my "smoker's package" or the "change cup" lid had been cracked and a piece fell off. Grrrr.

Is this covered by warranty (I sincerely doubt it)? How much is a replacement cup? Can I just get a new lid? Are there custom change cups available? Am I calling it the right thing? Somebody please inform me on everything there is to know about the change cup.

FWIW, our local dealer replaced a friend's ashtray that broke in the same manner. Can't hurt to ask if you're not too far from the dealer.

 

Mine broke too, the lid just came off the hinge, and a black plastic piece fell on the ground. I think I will see if they can replace this free of charge. Maybe I will ask when I buy my carpet mats when it finally returns to a habitable temperature around here.
