Just received John Cooper signature badge and tiny Union Jack badge which I would like to place on the back of my Chili Red MCS (28 days and counting until arrival... ). I'm wondering if anybody else has done the same and if the adhesive backing on these items will hold. My concern is that they will fall off in rain or while washing. Can I trust the adhesive or should I use something else for firmer bonding? If so, what? Thanks for your help! NUMMYTIME

NUMMYTiME,

I just attached the UJ/CF badge and then washed and waxed. Everything is fine.

Stick away!

Badges? You don't need no stinking badges!

Somebody had to do it...

NUMMYTIME,

Just make sure the surface is clean and free of wax. Dawn dish detergent will do this quite nicely. After you apply the badges, be certain to re-wax any areas that got de-waxed.

A lot of factory auto badging and exterior trim is held on with similar adhesive. Should be fine.

Cheers,

James
