So I currently have an '06 MCS, but I am really intrigued by biodiesel. I have heard that a new diesel version of the Mini is on the way. Anyone know anything more about it, and if it can possibly be run on biodiesel?

 

Not sure about the biodiesel but I doubt that yet again another good diesel version will not make it the States.

 

I don't know about 100% biodiesel compatibility; but a blend of 5% or 10% biodiesel, should not pose problems.

It would certainly be nice for a diesel edition to make it to the States, but like tdm156, I tend to doubt you will see one for sale in the U.S.
