Quick question for our Arizona MINI owners.

Anyone using GC 0w30? Curious to hear some feed back.
Works fine during our "cool" winters all the way through the
monsoons?

My MINI has now topped 1K miles and I plan to change out
the oil. (Mainly to install a new filter for all the break-in crap).

As stated in my conversation with Mobil they recommend that we run Full Syn 0w-40 all year long.

 

But that's Mobil...not Castrol. From what I've read, different companies oils differ in their vicosity. I don't know what the answer is, but I'm running 5w-30 Redline for now until I finish reading up a bit more on the topic.

 

You can't go wrong with GC 0w-30. Use it all year.
