US-bound MINIs were prewired from factory for a CD Changer and/or Sirius radio. If you purchased a MY06 MINI Convertible or MINI GP, these vehicles were excluded from CD Changer prewiring, eliminating the opportunity from having a CD Changer or Sirius installed.



Not to worry, we have created a wiring harness for those MINI Convertible/GP owners to offer the same connections as their brethren. Thos allows owners to integrate our XM Direct kit also if you do not want Sirius.

The connection is simple. A connection harness is plugged into your MINI's radio and allows the connections to be utilized without any cutting or wire tapping. Two different configurations are available, one will allow the CD Changer connectors to remain in the cabin area or an extended kit for those that wish to have the connections in the boot/cargo area. This can be used on earlier MINIs that wish to have the CD Changer connections in the cabin area also.

Models Supported:

2002-2006 MINI Cooper, including Cooper S & MINI GP

Compatible for both Navigation and Boost/Harmon Kardon-equipped MINIs.
