To Paint or Not To Paint?

I have a 2002 Mini Cooper that has some paint problems. The hood is peeling pretty bad and there is minor chips around the car (about 4). I just bought an aero kit for it a couple days ago. My question is should I paint just the aero kit and fix the problems or should I just have the whole car repainted?
Thanks,
John

If I had those problems and the money to fix it, I would get the whole car painted a custom color, nothing too fancy, but something different.

Subtle but differnt

really depends on how much you are willing to spend. a full paint job
done at a reputable shop (especially those that handle antique cars)
can run you $6k+

if you only have a few grand you want to spend, i would recommend
you get the aero painted and the bonnet repaired. which i believe
will still be worth your while.

You could always threaten the dealership that unless they repair the peeling paint, you'll park near the display lot.
