Offset. Can An 03 Mcs Handle A +48 Offset?

....iM TRYING TO SQUEEZE A SET OF 5X100-18X8-+48 OFFSET WHEELS ON THE MINI AND STILL BE ABLE TO SLAM THE CAR. see sig for example

CAN SOMEONE LET ME KNOW HOW THIS WOULD BE POSSIBLE? IF AT ALL POSSIBLE WITHOUT MAJOR SURGERY THAT IS.
IM GETTING THE CONVERSION KIT FOR THE 5X100 BOLT PATTERN....JUST NEED TO KNOW THE REST. THANKS

also, if someone could tell me what the extremes are. example, i can run a +50 offset but, a +52 would be to much.

thanx again...sorry bout the caps.

if its already at +48mm, how big is your spacer /4 to 5lug converter?

cause you only got like 8more mm to play with... (ie: +40).

you'll want to get a wheel with super high offset if you're planning to
get the convertion kit..which i believe are usually either 20 or 25mm
width.

the mini is on a stock 4x100 set up right now. my buddy is dumping his wheels and i want them for the mini. i will get the conversion kit if his wheels are able to fit. he has advan 5x100 and i believe they are 18x8 but, they might be 8.5.

any thoughts?

thank you.
