Are all MINIs 50 state cars?
Need to confirm if the car I will be purchasing is CA certified? Are all MINIs 50 state cars? Is there a way to confirm by VIN lookup? Steve

If the car is legal for use in the US, then it's a 50 state car
heck, anybody know of a
modern car that isn't a 50 state car? I'm sure some of the historic cars don't meet this criteria, but what about modern ones?
