question about start up, boost and brakes

I've had my car for a little over a month now. See gallery for pic if you want.
Any way I have a few questions that I've been meaning to ask about a few parts so here goes.

1. When I start my car in the morning I hear the engine nock for a few seconds maybe 5 sec's or less. It sounds like it a very cold start, like there's no oil in the engine. Is this normal?

2.My car has been modded literally from the first day, but I'm just getting to the point were I wanted to install a boost gauge. I've noticed that the car under load (me getting on it) that the boost goes to about 10 psi, under heavy load (flooring it) it rises to 10 psi then gradually goes to about 13 psi.
Here's the thing after the gauge shows the boost at about 10 or what ever it drops right back down to about 5 psi, it won't stay stable. My friends 300zx twin turbo goes to 10 psi and just stays there. Is that normal for you guys with boost gauge to see 10 or so psi then it drop back to 5 psi even under load?

3.As I stated before the cars has been modded from day 1, so I installed M7 springs. Any way some times when I have the radio off and come to a stop, It's hard to explain but its sounds like the brakes are stoping and torquning the suspension. Like I can hear the suspension or control arms. It's weird. I' haven't jacked the car up yet to check on it but is it normal?
