FINALLY....after ordering my Mini in the middle of April it came on Saturday. Ordered from Albuquerque and all went well. DS/B here and couldn't be happier. Tint is the first thing I need and that's going on this Saturday.

SO WHEN ARE YOU GUYS MEETING UP?!?! I wanna meet some Mini people! I'd like some info on the mini club and stuff too. Can people hook me up with an "Auto Up" mod on the windows?!?

Agro...may need to get some more information on the roof graphic. You said Tom had it done? Is that right?

Congrats on FINALLY getting the car.
If you order the Auto-up circuit from Ian Cull I'll install it for you when it arrives. I've installed about 15 of them now, so it goes pretty fast.
Todd had his roof graphic printed and installed locally but I don't know where he got it. Mark (Smooth Is Quik) also had a custom roof done, I think locally. He'll be at the events on Friday this week and Sunday. I'm assuming Todd will be at both, but pretty sure he'll be there on Friday.

 

Awesome guys! Do you have more information about this Friday? Is it just Mini's going or will there be tons of people and other groups? Any idea how many Mini's are going?

I'll get the auto up circuit real soon and I'll let you (Agro) know when it comes in. Not sure if I can go yet this Friday, but I'll keep you posted. SOunds like a lot of fun and I'm anxious to talk everything Mini with people.

In the mean time...here's my car, fresh off the truck (before a wash) and lacking any sort of mod. I can't wait for the tint this weekend (13% all around)

 

The Friday thing is a Grand Opening of the restaurant/bar, so there should be a ton of people there besides the club.
I have no idea how many members will show. We rarely do Friday night events cause people often have other plans for Fridays.
That's a nice looking MINI, but it looks so....STOCK! I'm sure you'll take care of that pretty soon.
Hopefully, I'll see you sometime this weekend.
