I am considering a custom tune on a Unichip, the only place listed in N.C. is Grass Roots High Performance, which just happens to also sell MINI performance parts. Does anyone have experience with them or getting a Unichip custom tuned? They are in Thomasville, N.C.

 

Grassroots garage is the place to go for sure.. Dan Zip will take good care of you. He knows these cars very well and does excellent work.
Dan is a very meticulous mechanic.. does it right. Highly recommended

Gowest, I met you in Richmond at a MINI event at a karting track back in 2003. You and Tony kept lapping all of us.

Thanks guys, I just got off the phone with Dan, he seemed very nice and was good to talk to. He needs to get his dyno in before we can do everything, with the UniChip, that needs to be done. He thinks it may be as much as 6 weeks but said he would let me know ASAP.
