hi, where can i get some 22mm TPR bushings for my rear sway bar? e.g. the 22mm non poly-urethene bushings that won't squeak, ever?

is my only option to buy some 15mm tpr bushings and open them up with a 22mm hole saw?

and poly graphite bushings DO squeak too right? though are they better than the urethene stuff? when greased?

2 1/2 hrs, 30,000 mi. on standard Alta 22mm bushings - no squeaking.
I lubed them up with Amsoil synthetic grease at install.
