I'm a customer of Ferman MINI in Tampa, but the Tampa & Orlando MINI crowds intermingle quite a bit. I've rarely heard a complaint about the service department at either Downton MINI in Orlando or Ferman MINI in Palm Harbor. You should be most pleased with the Downtown MINI Service experience, from all accounts.
