Shrader rear seat delete...quality kit?

I'd really like to remove the rear seats and since I'm not much of a DIYer I'm looking for a kit to buy rather than cobbling something together myself.

I don't think there's much hope of MINI offering the JCW-GP rear seat delete as an aftermarket option, so I'd like to know what's available now and what the quality's like. The only kit I can find is the Shrader one (www.rearseatdelete.com). Is this OEM-like in quality/appearance?

How easy is it to fit. Anyone purchased this kit and regretted it (for whatever reason)?

The quality is OK and it fits well but:

It is LOUD. The rear seats provide a great deal of insulation from noise which is lost with the RSD kit. I presently have a few pillows stuck under the kit but I plan to carpet it and put some sound deadner on the bottom side.

rear seat kit

The fit is excellent & the install is easy- I carpeted the top & bottom - pls the wells under the seat bench- it is a bit louder that w/ the seats but its worth it for the extra room & it gives a much better appearance especially with the driver & passenger harness's
I would recommend this kit rather than trying to put one together yourself

I have the kit and I love it! When I rebuild my speaker box I'll probably carpet the entire thing. I use black marine carpet from Lowes. It's closer in color than the picture shows.

Thanks for all the input.....I ordered mine tonight

I'm actually looking forward to some noise increase back there. My JCW is noticeably quiter than my wife's stock MCS.....must be the JCW exhaust?
