My wife and I will be in the Lakes District traveling to Scotland in August. Can't bring my MINI but thought I check to see if there were any local events in the region that month.

Their calendar (http://www.mini2.com/forum/calendar....th=8&year=2006) doesn't show anything at the moment

 

August 20th 'Mini In The Park ' at Cornbury Park near Oxford , very big open air show , lots of MINIs and Minis , autojumble , etc etc , well worth a visit .

 

also the cotswold mini run on saturday 19th august over 100 minis will be running..

pity your not here this weekend as you'd see over 100 minis in the lakes
