My Cooper is about to go in for its first service and a few warranty items.

Just drove 600 miles to Santa Fe, NM and back. 80MPH plus most of the way and over 37 MPG! We packed in two people, two full size dogs and luggage too. A little tight, but manageable as long as the dogs didn't complain about each other touching them or taking up more than their share of the back seat. Like children they are!

I'm really happy that Schomp MINI will give me a loaner. I've been dreading having to find a ride. Are other dealers doing this too? It's just great customer care.

They have been doing this for a few months now.

Sometimes a Civic.
Sometimes a 325i

You have to ask nicely.

BTW, I'm going to move this to the Rocky Forum

Good advice! I'll ask very nicely.

I got lucky. "Sorry the Civic is out, you will have to take the BMW."

Great gas milage Lee, and even with all that stuff!

Well, the Civic was in and I got it...

It really feels like a cheap econobox. Am I spoiled by MINI or what?

Still glad I got a loaner at all though.

BTW, I installed the Moss Mini cone intake this weekend and it was fairly easy. It really sounds awesome and I swear it's more responsive too. Sounds great at 4000 RPM! Looks good too.
